We do our best to make sure your order is 100% satisfactory. However, there may be times when something goes wrong or you want to return the product for whatever reason. That is possible!

If you wish to return your order, please inform us within 14 days using the contact form. We would like to receive the products back within 14 days. We would like to see in the contact form if you want a new product. If this is not the case, we will refund your money. The money will be in your account within a maximum of 7 working days. After notification, we will email you a return label with address. This label must be clearly visible on the package you wish to return. The package can be dropped off at a branch near you that ships packages. Think of DHL, for example. The products must be returned in their original condition, with the tags attached and without any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

A return is at your own expense.
A return must first be registered via our contact form so that we can provide additional return instructions and know that we are expecting a shipment.
